We will explain how we have taken advantage of Tiger Time (our enrichment/remediation block) to start a peer tutoring center. We will discuss our challenges and successes in all stages of implementation, from the approaching admin with the idea to recruiting tutors, getting teacher buy-in, and managing the PTC itself.
